Purpose of the event Product launches, Brand recognition, Celebrate an achievement, Promote a product through influence, Continuing Education meetings, Conference sponsorship and participation, Clinical meetings

• Sequencing events: Type of event, Proposed speakers or presentations, Target audience, Planned activity, Budget, Advertising

• Checklist: Venue, Travel, Timing & timelines, Speakers & key guests, Invitations, Gifts
