Our Skills Development Facilitator training program equips you with the necessary skills to become an adept facilitator by providing comprehensive training on identifying training requirements, creating workplace skills plans, drafting annual training reports, and implementing effective quality management systems within an organization.

COURSE CONTENT


Provide information and advice regarding skills development and related issues

• Conduct an analysis to determine outcomes of learning for skills development and other purposes

• Develop an organisational training and development plan 

• Conduct skills development administration in an organization

• Coordinate planned skills development interventions in an organization

• Advise on the establishment and implementation of a quality management system for skills development practices

• Promote a learning culture in an organization


ENTRY REQUIREMENTS


• Post school qualification preferable, but RPL and workplace experience are also considered


DURATION


• The course is presented over 4 days, with 2 support seminars
